Every order includes free standard U.S. shipping, which typically takes 5–6 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

If you need your topper sooner, you can upgrade your shipping speed during checkout. Please note that expedited shipping speeds up delivery, not our processing time. Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive tracking information by email.

Ready to Ship designs are sold exactly as shown and cannot be personalized.

If you'd like to customize the quote or choose from one of our curated color palettes while keeping the same design, our Personalize a Favorite experience is the perfect option.

Small design changes, including adding or removing elements, changing layouts, changing fonts, or requesting different artwork, are not available for Ready to Ship items.

If you'd like to make changes to one of our signature designs, we recommend shopping through our Personalize a Favorite experience or, for more extensive changes, our Create Something New custom experience.

While we work hard to get every order out on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping service selected and are outside of our control. We always recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during graduation season.

If your package experiences delays, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, we're happy to help you begin a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. However, because delivery is handled by the carrier, Pine Mountain Company cannot be responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, theft after delivery, or damage that occurs during transit.

Because each topper is handmade, slight variations may occur while maintaining the overall quality and appearance shown throughout our website.

Because every graduation topper is handcrafted and created specifically for graduation celebrations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on Ready to Ship designs.

This policy helps ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unused topper. Since we cannot verify whether a topper has been used for a graduation ceremony or event, all Ready to Ship sales are final.
