Personalize a Favorite lets you customize one of our signature designs with your own quote and a curated color palette while keeping the original layout.
Create Something New is our fully custom design experience for graduates who want something completely unique. You'll submit a design application, and we'll review your ideas before providing a quote and timeline.

Our busiest season runs from March through June, and custom design availability becomes limited as graduation approaches.

Graduating in the summer or fall? Great news! Those are our slower seasons, which means we're typically able to accommodate more orders, offer greater scheduling flexibility, and often complete orders more quickly than during our busy spring season.
No matter when you're graduating, we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure the best availability, especially if you're interested in a custom design.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Ready to Ship and Personalize a Favorite orders leave our studio within 1–3 business days.
Every graduation topper includes free standard U.S. shipping, which typically delivers in 5–6 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
If you need your order sooner, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Shipping upgrades reduce delivery time after your package ships, but they do not shorten our production timeline.
Create Something New orders follow the production timeline provided with your quote after your application has been reviewed.

While we work hard to ship every order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Carrier delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, routing issues, or other circumstances are outside of our control.
For this reason, Pine Mountain Company is not responsible for delays that occur after your order has been shipped.
If your graduation date is approaching, we recommend selecting an upgraded shipping method at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for transporting and delivering your package.
While we're always happy to help answer general shipping questions, Pine Mountain Company cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your package experiences a shipping issue, please contact the carrier first for the most up-to-date tracking information. If a shipping claim needs to be filed, we're happy to assist with the claims process and provide any information required to help resolve the issue.
Proofs are included only with Create Something New custom designs.
Ready to Ship items ship exactly as shown.
Personalize a Favorite orders use our existing layouts, so proofs are not provided. We'll simply personalize your chosen design using the quote and color palette you selected.
Because production begins quickly, changes aren't always possible.
If you need to update personalization or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, additional changes may not be available.
