Need your cap before this date? Rush processing may be available for an additional fee and is subject to our production capacity.

Please enter a need-by date 1–2 weeks before your actual ceremony, photoshoot, travel date, or celebration to allow buffer time for carrier delays, transit damage, or other circumstances outside our control.

Your order will be placed on our production calendar according to the need-by date submitted in your application, so please choose it carefully.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws. Only the $25 Custom Design Deposit is credited toward your final graduation cap subtotal. Any applicable sales tax collected at checkout is separate from your deposit and is not credited toward your final balance.

Deposit Information

Your $25 design deposit is:

✓ Refunded only if Pine Mountain Company determines that we are unable to accept or create the requested design

Because every application requires personalized review, planning, and production consideration, deposits are otherwise nonrefundable. This includes deciding not to proceed, failing to respond, missing the payment deadline, or choosing not to complete the order.

Is Your Idea a Good Fit?

Our Custom Design Experience is intended for graduates who love the work they already see throughout our portfolio and want it personalized to tell their story.

While every custom design is one of a kind, all projects are created in the signature Pine Mountain Company style using the materials and techniques we specialize in, including printed designs, layered cardstock, florals, rhinestones, glitter, acrylic, and other handcrafted embellishments.

We do not offer hand-painted graduation caps, and we may decline projects that fall outside our design style or areas of expertise.

If you’ve never seen us create anything similar to your idea, or you’re unsure whether your vision is a good fit, please contact us before submitting your application. We’ll let you know whether it is something we may be able to create before you pay the $25 design deposit.
