Every custom project is unique, so production timelines vary depending on your design and the "Need By" date provided on your application.

During our busiest graduation season, our goal is always to have your topper delivered one to two weeks before your requested date whenever possible, giving you plenty of time before your ceremony.

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Unlike our Ready to Ship and Personalize a Favorite experiences, every custom graduation topper includes a digital proof before production begins. We will email you a proof during the same week you are on our production calendar.

This gives you the opportunity to review the overall design and request any necessary revisions before we begin creating your topper.

We welcome inspiration photos and love learning what styles speak to you.

While we may incorporate individual elements, colors, or ideas from your inspiration, we do not create exact replicas of another artist's work. Every designer has their own creative style, and we believe it's important to respect that.

We'll use your inspiration as a starting point and reinterpret it into a design that's uniquely yours while staying true to the Pine Mountain aesthetic.

We also do not offer hand-painted graduation toppers as part of our custom experience.

During the design process, we'll also provide recommendations based on our experience and may suggest alternative materials or design approaches if they better achieve your vision or improve the final result.
