Refund policy

At Pine Mountain Company, each graduation cap topper is carefully crafted, with many designs being fully customized to reflect your unique vision. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders, especially once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
  • Premade design orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a topper that is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your package is damaged in transit, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
