All toppers measure 9"x 9" with a 0.75" center hole to fit the standard graduation cap size. All toppers include Velcro adhesives on the backside of the cardstock base for easy attachment onto your graduation cap. 

Premade designs ship out within 10 days of the order being placed and typically take another 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier. Pine Mountain Company is not responsible for delays, damage, theft, or other issues once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
